What are the differences between Nadex Touch Brackets and Nadex Call Spreads? While they are similar, there are some major differences. Here are some of the major differences.

Nadex Touch Brackets and Nadex Call Spreads Example

In this video, Gail Mercer, founder of TradersHelpDesk, reviews the difference between the two products using an example from Friday, August 30, 2019.

As you can see, the two products are very similar as they both provide potential price ranges for price to move and limit risk on entry. However, with the call spreads, there is a potential for a trade to be positive but expire against the trader (although on Friday both made the maximum payout). Since the Touch Brackets use the “IF TOUCHED” methodology, then even if the trader is not at the computer to monitor the trade, the maximum profit can be achieved provided price moves to either the top or bottom of the bracket range.
